Reasonably large and well-designed unit with an electric kettle and fridges. Very very good building, convenient and best possible location very close to the center of Varanasi. Also, close to all landmarks.

Gret place worth to recommend. It is not exactly in the city center - but quality nd price make this incnvienience really small :) Rooms were very good and clean and they served very nice meals! They offer good value city trips - the guide in the hotel was great, modify the trip a bit for us and we had excellent trip!!!!! So much infrmation and we could see all top sights sooo close! We recommend the place and city tours they offer - excellent value for money!!! And the distance to old town is not that bad!! (there is verly local but nice resaurnt close to the hotel - serve great food!)

The hotel is really confortable, the staff is always available and very kind. Breakfast is good. The rooms are big (evein if there are different tipologies, also smaller), with tv and services. Hot water is available from 6 to 11 and, upon request, the rest of time (it's enough to ask to the reception). The restaurant is also good and very clean. A very positive issue: hotel has marble floor (instead of the usual - not hygienic - moquette), the wall are painted (no wallpaper). All was recently renovated. The position is quite: even if it is not far from the main railway station (less than 1 km), it is located in a quite corner and has an own garden. You can reach the gaths in 15 minutes walking (or yuo can take a tuc-tuc or rickshow).

This is a great value for money hotel, with very helpful staff and really good food. The internal facilities are currently quite dated but the owners of the hotel have already started a major refurbishment programme, which, when complete, will dramatically raise the overall quality of the hotel. Our stay there left us with a very warm feeling of being looked after.

The staff was extremely courteous. They responded to our every query with helpful suggestions. The food was average. It is better to stick to Indian food only.
The hotel had a vehicle partner that was out to rob the guests at the hotel quoting exorbitant prices and offering the guide as a package deal. When we did not take the car, he called the guide back mid-way. Ps: You do not require a car to get around in Varanasi.

central location just next door to tourist spots, other sightseeing places and temples in-and-around varanasi and the restaurant, the "travel agent and money changer", it was in a relatively quiet area. the breakfast had good choice of great food and drinks. good service was provided here.

The hotel owner was hands on and was available. He has had this hotel for 20 years. The city notice was less but the train horns compensated for the relative quiet. If asked they will turn the water heater on for you.
They served my first ice as frozen filtered water from the tap. I explained that they should only use frozen bottled water. Their amenities are one small piece of soap. For the 3000 rupee charge + taxes 3500. I expected a three star hotel not a two star.
